Equipment

  • 1 Empty Ice Cream Pail

Ingredients
  

  • 8 Cups Boiling water
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 8 Black Tea Packets
  • 1 12 oz Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate
  • 1 12 oz Frozen Lemonade Concentrate
  • 2-4 Cups Brandy or Whiskey depending on how strong you like it
  • Sprite
  • Marachino Cherries

Instructions
 

  • Bring 8 cups of water to a boil on your stovetop
  • Once the water is boiling add in 2 cups of sugar and whisk to dissolve
  • Remove the water/sugar mixture from the heat and add in the 8 tea packets. Cover and allow to steep for at least 5 minutes.
  • Remove the tea packets and add in the orange juice and lemonade concentrate
  • When the mixture is completely cooled, add it to the empty ice cream pail
  • Stir in your liqour of choice. For brandy, we like Korbel. For Whiskey, Jim Beam. I use 3 cups when I make it for our family.
  • Cover the bucket and if it's cold enough, set it outside to freeze. You can also use your freezer.
  • It won't freeze completely becuase of the alcohol, but it will turn into slush. Scoop out portions into a cup and top with sprite. Garnish with marashino cherries, Enjoy!
