Wrap chicken breasts in bacon (the more the merrier bacon wise in my opinion)
Make a 50/50 mix of honey mustard. Depending on how many chicken breasts you have, you’ll need more or less honey mustard. I’d say about 1/4 cup of honey mustard mix for every 1-2 chicken breasts
Brush on half of the honey mustard mix on the raw bacon wrapped chicken
Put in a greased baking dish and bake for 25 min (or until chicken is up to temp interior 165 F)
Brush on the remaining honey mustard mix for the last 5 ish min of baking
If chicken is up to temp but bacon isn’t crisp, broil to crisp the bacon.
Serves well with rice and steamed broccoli as a side
