The last few weeks have been filled with piles of dirty clothes, late nights, meals to-go, running around, lots of car time, and one very dirty toddler.
But they’ve also been filled with excitement, family time in the tractor, countless laughs, and beautiful memories made.
We’re tired. But we’re so dang happy.
If everything goes as planned Josh will be done planting corn by tomorrow night. Since I’ve known him, we haven’t had a planting season go by so fast.
We’re very grateful for the way things have started, but still cautiously hopeful for the season ahead. We’ve got a lot to do to manage the crop, and we need to be blessed with timely rains.
For now, I’m going to rest and smile with the precious memories we’ve made and treasure the one and only family photo we had time to capture from planting this year. 💛🌱🌽
