Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 4 Potatoes, cubed
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Fresh Rosemary- chopped
  • spices: onion powder, garlic powder, salt & pepper

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F
  2. Add cubed potatoes to a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil. Mix well to coat.
  3. Sprinkle spices over potatoes. I'm terrible at measuring. Measure with your heart!
  4. Add chopped rosemary to bowl and mix all of the spices and rosemary to evenly coat potatoes.
  5. Spray roasting pan, or rimmed cookie sheet with cooking spray
  6. Add the seasoned potatoes to the roasting pan and spread out in an even layer.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes. Then, flip potatoes and bake for another 10-15minutes.
  8. Check potatoes as you roast. Every oven is different so it might take a little longer to get the desired crispness.
  9. Enjoy! I love to serve these potatoes with my Honey Mustard Bacon Wrapped Chicken and a salad!
