What You’ll Need
- 1lb pork sausage
- 1 kielbasa ring
- Small onion-chopped up
- 3 cloves of garlic-minced
- 5-6 large potatoes diced up
- 3 large carrots cut up
- 1 small head of cabbage, chopped up
- 32 oz chicken broth
- 1.5 cups heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup milk
- Oregano
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Brown the pork sausage in the pot, then remove it and put it in a separate bowl for later
- Put the onions in the pot and cook until translucent
- Add in the garlic for 30sec until fragrant
- Add potatoes and carrots to the pot
- Add in the chicken broth, season with oregano, salt & pepper, cook for about 8 min
- Add the kielbasa, pork sausage and cabbage to the pot
- Cook until the cabbage is tender
- Add in the heavy whipping cream & milk
- Cook for another 5-10 min, serve!
