Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Line half sheet pan or pizza pan with parchment paper
Cream together butter & sugar. Add in the egg, vanilla and almond extract. Mix well
Slowly add in the flour and baking powder until dough forms
Evenly press the dough into the prepared pan. You can use a rolling pin to smooth it out
Bake for 12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden and cool completely.
