Ingredients
Marinade

soy sauce

Sandwich Sauce

mustard

tbsp
mayonnaise

tbsp
honey

tsp
red wine vinegar
salt & pepper to taste
Sandwich Fixings

buns
4-6
slices of bacon
4-6
slices

Instructions
Marinade & Grill
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade together in a small bowl.
Pour over pork chops and allow to marinate for at least 1 hour, up to 12 hours
rotate chops throughout marinade time to make sure they are evenly coated
Grill until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees
Sauce
mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Taste and adjust ingredients to your liking.
Sandwich Assembly
Toast buttered buns on a skillet
Bake bacon at 400 degrees until its to your desired crispness
Spread sauce on both top & bottom sandwich bun
Layer on cheese, pork chop, slice of bacon
wrap in tinfoil for transport
