Method
- Mix all the spices in a small jar or bowl. Cover and shake or stir until combined.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months
Making Taco Meat
- 2 Tbsp of Taco Seasoning per pound of ground beef.
- Brown the ground beef first, add in taco seasoning & 1/2 cup water. Simmer until most of the liquid is gone, stirring occasionally.
- This mix makes enough seasoning for 3-4 lbs of ground beef, depending on how spicy you like it.
