Honey Mustard Bacon Wrapped Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs chicken breasts
  • 1 lb bacon
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup mustard
  • salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven or smoker to 375 degrees
  • Slice chicken breasts so they're more like the size of a tenderloin
  • season on both sides with salt & pepper
  • Wrap each chicken breast with 1-2 slices of bacon
  • Mix honey & mustard together in a small bowl
  • Split off 1/2 cup of the honey & Mustard mixture to baste the raw chicken. Using a basting brush, slather each chicken breast with the honey mustard mixture on both sides
  • Bake or smoke until internal temperature of the chicken breasts reaches 165.
  • Brush on the remaining honey & mustard mixture about 3 minutes before the chicken is finished cooking.
  • Serve!
